The Mosel Dining Hall (DFAC), with its spacious 120 seat dining area and 31 employees, is the home cooking experience for all Airmen here at Spangdahlem Air Base. We provide four daily nutritious meals with an average headcount of 320 guests per day.
Our facility offers numerous specialty meals to include Quarterly Birthday Meals and Hometown Friday Meals, as well as celebrating all national holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas. New initiatives have been recently implemented such as Go for Green, Specialty Bar Tuesday-Thursday, and a Grab-N-Go Expanded Flight Kitchen.
