CARNIVAL OF CULTURES BERLIN:
Berlin celebrates the Carnival of Cultures annually with a four-day street festival, the Parade and various parties. About 5.200 protagonists will perform in the on- and off-stage program of the street festival and in the Parade. About 1.5 million visitors are expected over the Carnival.
The Carnival of Cultures is a reflection of Berlin's cultural diversity. It brings together professional artists and amateurs, young and old. It is open towards new trends and styles in youth and minority culture.
The parade starts on Sunday at 12.30pm at Hermannplatz and ends at Yorck street at approximately 9pm.
