In the Spotlight: Youth Programs - Part 2

In the last blog post, we talked about School Age Care and The Pre-Teen and Teen Center. This week, we bring to you Youth Sports! Let's jump right in!

The next major event happening is a 2-mile color run. The best part…it's Halloween themed, so RUN FOR YOUR LIVES and get blasted with color! How unexpected, but also extremely FUN.

We are sad that sports aren't currently happening due to COVID-19, but that doesn't mean you can't stay ahead of the game parents! Find the registration packet here that you will need to complete to sign your kids up for sports when they resume.

The focus is on all kinds of sports and activities to keep the kiddos active. However, there are also opportunities to get us adults involved! Youth Programs is ALWAYS in need of volunteer coaches for sports. If you have a love for a certain sport and think you'd enjoy coaching the kids in our local community this is perfect for you! You can find the link to fill out an application here

Do you want a sneak peek into some of what Youth Programs has planned for the rest of the year? Okay, we got you! Fall and winter field trips are scheduled. Be sure you sign up to reserve your spot! Also, don't forget about Pre-Teen and Teen Center memberships. The fiscal year starts on October 1st, so be sure you can take advantage of the entire year by being ready to register on the first day of the month!

It's now time to announce the next facility in the spotlight! Following Youth Programs will be…Outdoor Recreation! Stay tuned for their first post appearing on Wednesday, October 7th. I promise, you don't want to miss out on any of the upcoming adventures they have planned!
