Programs

Military & Family Life Consultants (MFLC)
Military Family Life Consultants provide non-medical counseling addressing life skills such as anger management, conflict resolution, parenting, parent/child communication, relationship issues, and marriage enrichment; the military lifestyle, including deployment stress, reintegration, relocation adjustment, separation, coping skills, homesickness, and loss and grief.

Normal Duty Hours (M-F, 0800-1600): We have two local MFLCs who offer in-person, telephonic and virtual (Zoom) appointments between the hours of 0800-1600 and can be reached at: +49 1520 407 4071 or +49 1520 212 9487.

After Hours Counseling (M-F, 1400-2100): We have a state-side stationed MFLC who can offer telephonic and virtual (Zoom) appointments between the hours of (1400-2100) for those who prefer evening consultations. For this MFLC service, please call +49 6565 920 1123.

To make your initial appointment, please call the MFLCs directly. If you would like for them to call you back, please leave your name, number and a brief message which gives them the authority to return your call and leave a voicemail.

EFMP

Exceptional Family Member Program

The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide a comprehensive, coordinated, multi-agency approach for community support, housing, medical, educational, and personnel services to families with special needs.

Spangdahlem Installation Voter Assistance

The Spangdahlem Installation Voter Assistance (IVA) office provides our overseas military members and families with information on voter registration and absentee ballot procedures. Federal Write-In Absentee Ballots (SF186) are available for pick-up at your IVA office and someone is available to answer your questions..
