For most of our rooms, you can make your own on-line reservations at www.dodlodging.net. If you require a TLF or Business Suite reservation, you will need to contact us directly for a reservation.

We are also happy to make the reservation for you and ask that you please read the Reservation Policy below before submitting a reservation.  Once you have submitted a reservation you will be contacted within 48 hours with your confirmation.  If you have any questions, you may contact us at 52fss.svmllodgingreservations@spangdahlem.af.mil or call the numbers shown on this page.

Reservation Policy: Air Force lodging accepts reservations for travelers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a first come first served basis, without regard to rank.  When making a reservation a confirmation number will be given at the time of the booking, but the building assignment and room number will not be assigned until check in.  TDY Reservation – Air Force military or temporary duty status must use on base lodging when available and will make advanced reservations. Reservations can be made as soon as the member knows they will be coming TDY to Spangdahlem AB.

PCS Reservations – Air Force military members who are PCSing into or out of Spangdahlem Air Base can make their reservations as soon as they know their dates of arrival or departure.  The maximum TLF stay is 30 days if available.
